Arome France does not offer physical health advice. Our products are not intended to treat or diagnose any such problem or condition. For health concerns please refer to your doctor or health care practitioner.
Business Hours: Online orders may be placed at anytime. Please note that we do not have an actual storefront location and we cannot accommodate customer pick-ups. We are working on our catalog and will announce it's availability soon.
Privacy: Your privacy is very important to us. We do not give or sell your name, address, phone number, e-mail or any other personal information to anyone else.
Security: Credit card information is not processed by Arome France but on a secure server at the time of the order. No Credit Card information is kept on file either with us or with our payment processor.
Shipping: Our turnaround time is usually 5 business days. If the item is not in stock, you will be notified via e-mail. You can choose to wait until we receive the item or given a choice of refund.
Recycling: Our glass jars, labels, shipping boxes and bubble wrap are all recyclable! We try to keep the natural environment clean, it keep costs down for us and for you too.
Returns: We don’t allow returns because of the handmade nature of our products. In case you find a missing item or damaged shipments, you must notify us within 5 business days and send the product back for a new one.
Checks: Checks may be held until cleared from the bank. There is a $20 fee for returned checks.
A portion of our yearly proceeds go to The American Brain Tumor Association, Cancer Research Foundation and to eco-friendly organizations.
